Group IT Specialist

You’ll play a key role in supporting and developing the group’s IT infrastructure across our locations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently day to day.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in maintaining and improving our core IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and helping to implement new technologies as the business grows.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, including General Managers and external partners, to make sure our technology is practical, reliable, and fit for purpose. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in staying up to date with current technology trends. You will provide strategic thinking and strong business acumen and be well-versed in current technological trends.

Main tasks

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of systems, including SAP, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
  • Develop key strategic tools (currently BI, SAP, CRM, MS office) to streamline processes and develop useful insights/KPI’s
  • Utilize Power BI to design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage, configure, and optimize the dynamics 365 CRM system to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on IT budgets at the group and country level throughout the year
  • Develop and implement a long-term IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Build the annual IT budget for the group and countries
  • Develop KPI’s to monitor performance of the IT assets in the group
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team
  • Maintain and where required improve our infrastructure to secure and protect our assets from vulnerabilities – both external and internal.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place and comply with industry standards.
  • Administer and enhance CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to improve customer relationship management processes.
  • Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, and process automations.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team for website development

  • Microsoft Office

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • English – B2 (CEFR) minimum required
  • SAP Business One – advantage
  • Romanian – advantage
