Background of the Customer
Our client is a Hungarian-owned mushroom group that grows and sells fresh button mushrooms and oyster mushrooms.
What was the requirement?
The goal of our customer was to eliminate the need to manually pick crates from pallets, as workers spent a significant amount of time and energy moving goods around.
Our offered Solution
We have installed roller conveyors, which transport incoming crates to the various workstations with a driven roller system. The empty crates are returned to the supplier line, and the finished boxes are forwarded for packaging.
What was the benefit for the customer?
Automated material handling reduced manual work, relieved workers and increased the efficiency of the production process, thus enabling faster and more organized work.
