Background of the Customer
Our client is a global electronics manufacturing service provider that is a global leader in product design, manufacturing, and supply chain management. It operates at several sites in Hungary and uses innovative solutions in the production of electronic products. Its goal is to increase efficiency, ensure quality and support sustainable manufacturing processes.
What was the requirement?
Our customer’s goal was to make the production and recycling process of Nespresso coffee capsules more efficient. This required a solution that would ensure a smooth handling and flow of materials throughout the production process, reducing time losses and increasing production efficiency.
Our offered Solution
To solve the task, karakuri systems were installed, which use gravity roller tracks and pneumatic elements. These systems allow for an automatic and continuous flow of materials within the production line, minimizing the need for human intervention. Karakuri systems ensure optimal material handling from the production of capsules to their recycling.
What was the benefit for the customer?
The introduction of karakuri systems has significantly improved the efficiency of the production process. The system ensures a continuous and smooth flow of materials, reducing the need for manual interventions, thus saving time and labor.
