Our client provides consulting, HR services and outsourcing solutions to companies, helping them to make their organizational operations more efficient. They are engaged in labor lending and labor replacement, and they also support the flexibility of production with the rental of collaborative robots and automation solutions.
What was the requirement?
The goal of our client was to automate the unloading process, which was previously done manually. They wanted to increase the efficiency of production and reduce the load on human labor.
Our offered Solution
We installed a conveyor and a queuing module that sorts the deodorant bottles from the manufacturing machine in a row and then delivers them to a collaborative robot that does the boxing.
