While we offer 24-hour delivery on standard sizes, our specialty lies in the non-standard. We manufacture cylinders with custom stroke lengths, specialized seals, and unique configurations (e.g., back-to-back or tandem cylinders) built to your requirements.
We go far beyond selling raw material. Our workshops provide precision cutting, drilling, threading, and milling of aluminum profiles. We deliver everything from simple frames to complex, fully assembled workstations based on your 2D/3D drawings.
Precision is our benchmark. We provide custom cutting for linear rails and ball screws, but our true expertise lies in end-machining and the joining of rails with micrometer accuracy for extended travel lengths.
To minimize your downtime, we create bespoke “Service Kits” containing all necessary seals and wear parts for your specific machines. Additionally, we offer in-house refurbishment for cylinders and mechanical assemblies to extend the life of your assets.
