Designing: Engineering the Blueprint

Simulations: Digital Validation in Motion

Particularly for robotics, we simulate reachability, cycle times, and movement optimization to ensure the selected hardware is perfectly sized for the task. For our Customers, simulations answer the critical “what-if” questions. Will the robot reach every point? Will the cycle time meet production targets? Can we avoid collisions in tight spaces? For Tech-Con, simulation is a risk-mitigation tool. We use a “Digital Twin” approach to test the logic and movement of the system before a single piece of hardware is ordered.

Reachability & Collision Studies

Especially for robotics (UR/MiR), we simulate every movement to ensure the robot can safely and effectively navigate its work envelope. 

Cycle Time Optimization

Workflow Visualization

Proof of Concept (PoC)

We test your actual products—whether they are bottles, bags, cans, barrels or specialized components—against our technology. This physical testing allows us to confirm feasibility for conveyor systems, vacuum handling, robotic applications, or custom actuators before you commit to an order. For our Customers, a PoC is the ultimate safety net. It is the moment you see your actual product being successfully handled by the proposed technology. For Tech-Con, this is where we prove our expertise. We use our in-house labs and Demo centers to conduct real-world experiments with your products.

Vacuum & Gripper Testing

We don’t just pick “a” gripper; we test multiple options on your actual product samples to find the one that provides 100% reliable handling without damage. 

Mechanical Feasibility

We build scale-model prototypes of critical sub-sections to test movement logic and material flow. 

Product Performance Validation

Whether it is high-speed sorting or delicate assembly, we verify that the technology can handle your specific material properties (weight, texture, temperature).
