Main tasks
- Performs machining activities on a universal lathe to obtain a varied range of products, using SDVs, machines and equipment specific to turning technology.
- Chooses and uses SDVs and turning and machining equipment, in order to produce finished products, depending on the chosen process and the technological specifications indicated in the specific documentation.
- Prepares the turning operation, according to the specifications in the technological sheet.
- Works individually and in teams, integrating other industrial components.
- Performs turning operations on parts of various shapes, depending on their constructive and functional characteristics, bringing them to the specified dimensions, accuracy and surface finish.
- Prepares the finished product for shipment to the customer.
- Participates with the team in periodic and annual inventories.
Requirements
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of machining processes and the provisions of technical standards, norms and regulations in force specific to turning processes
- Understanding technical drawings and qualitative execution
- Ability to complete tasks within established deadlines
- Resistance to effort
- Teamwork and communication.
