Technical Support Engineer – Hydraulics
Tech-Con Romania is looking for graduates from the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest who are eager to kickstart their career in industry and apply their technical knowledge in practice. Enrollment in a master’s degree program during the current academic year is not an obstacle – we offer a flexible work schedule that accommodates class attendance. Prior professional experience is not required, as new colleagues will benefit from dedicated guidance and support from the team.
Main tasks

Selecting suitable hydraulic products and components based on customer technical specifications

Preparing, drafting, and following up on technical and commercial quotations

Providing technical support to customers and the sales team

Collaborating with suppliers and international technology partners

Using the SAP system for quotations, order processing, and delivery documents

Working with hydraulic pumps, cylinders, directional valves, pressure and flow control valves, hoses, fittings, quick couplings, and hydraulic power units/systems

Utilizing Bosch Rexroth industrial hydraulics configurators, selection tools, and technical documentation to support practical applications and projects
Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (recent graduates / class of 2026)

Genuine interest in industrial hydraulics

Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and develop practical technical skills

Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Familiarity or interest in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage

Prior professional work experience is not required (full mentoring and onboarding support provided)
