We built Two conveyor systems to help cooling pieces which were painted in the previous step of the pricess. These conveyors are transporting a shelf with PCB’s which have to be cooled after the painting. Travel time on the conveyor of 4000 mm is adjustable between 30 and 120 min. The PLC used is TECO and the gearbox is from Chiaravalli.
The conveyors have CE certification. The boxes are returning free with the help of the gravity rollers.
