Our client is a hungarian company specialising in the development and production of innovative paper pallets as a sustainable alternative to traditional wooden pallets. The company developed and patented a cost-efficient, heavy-duty paper pallet, along with the PPPL (Paper Pallet Production Line) – a compact manufacturing technology that enables industrial players to produce custom-designed pallets quickly and economically.
Our customer was looking for an automated solution for the production of a large number of paper pallets. Performing the process manually would not have made scaling economical, so the introduction of a more efficient system was essential for growth.
We developed and manufactured complete service devices for the customer: gluing and folding stations as well as conveyor belts. In the course of the solution, various technologies and components were used, such as: profile and machine building elements, linear technology, drive and control technology, pneumatics and vacuum systems.
The introduction of automation resulted in significant cost reductions while allowing the scalability of the manufacturing process and further growth of the company. The customer thus became more competitive in the market and gained a stable foundation for expanding production in the long term.
