Our customer is a hungarian company that deals with the distribution, servicing and consulting of equipment related to powder coating and surface treatment (manual and automatic powder coatings, cabins, measuring instruments).
The customer is engaged in powder coating. He was looking for an automated robotics solution because of the less optimal working environment for the human workforce. Their goal was to replace manual work with a safer and more efficient system.
We made a sample production line for them, in which we provided the robotic solution, while the additional systems were provided by our customer. As a result of the joint development, a fully automated system has been created that takes over the tasks of the manual powder coating process.
Through automation, scrap problems caused by manual painting have been eliminated, production quality has improved, and significant savings have been achieved in terms of material use. In addition, the new system created a safer working environment while allowing production to operate more efficiently and sustainably.
