Our client is engaged in the production and distribution of fruit and vegetable drinks and other food raw materials. Its products include fruit concentrates, flavourings, emulsions and additives, which are widely used in the beverage and food industry.
Our customer, an aroma production plant, produces elderberry aroma, which is supplied globally in increasing quantities every year. Manually loading the aroma into the tank required significant time and human resources. Due to the rather tight deadline, they needed a fast and reliable automated solution.
The Piab vacuum conveyor proved to be the ideal choice for the task, as it allowed the creation of a long conveyor line with minimal space requirements. The system is easy to install, so tight deadlines were not an obstacle and it works with minimal maintenance in the long run. The vacuum conveyor fully automates the transport of elderberry aroma to the container, completely replacing the previous manual filling process.
By introducing automation, our customer saved significant time and human resources, as the operators no longer had to manually fill the aroma. This allowed them to increase their production capacity and helped them to efficiently serve the ever-growing global demand.
