The customer was looking for the best possible price-to-quality ratio for a new gripper solution, needed to fit within a machine with a very high mold installation density — leaving limited space and limited surfaces available for suction cup attachment.
We designed the simplest possible solution, focused on space efficiency to accommodate the machine’s dense mold layout. Despite the limited surfaces available for suction cup attachment, we delivered a cost-effective design without relying on parallel grippers or adapters, while still meeting all machine installation requirements.
The customer received a compact, space-efficient gripper solution that fit seamlessly within the machine’s tight mold density, without the added cost or complexity of parallel grippers or adapters — achieving the best possible price-to-quality ratio for their application.
