Our client develops and manufactures electronic components for “smart car applications”, such as full keyless entry and start, automatic high beam control, optical parking assistance systems, lane departure warning systems, or various sign recognition.
Due to the installation of a new equipment in the production unit, a new conveyor was needed, which ensures the movement of small copper coils back and forth between three machines.
We installed a new conveyor system that automatically connects the three machines. This solution allows small copper coils to be moved continuously and accurately within the production line, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the production process.
The new conveyor has reduced the need for manual handling, improved productivity and process efficiency, and ensured ergonomic and uninterrupted work on the production line.
