Background of the Customer

What was the requirement? 

Our client’s new production line required a roller conveyor that would ensure the movement of crates full of test adapters within the production line. An important requirement was that the track should be simple, do not require electronic control, have an ergonomic and safe design, and be able to be pulled out during maintenance and machine adjustment. In addition, it was also requested that the track be stably fitted to the existing roller system, without being fixed to the floor, thus facilitating installation and flexibility.

Our offered Solution

We designed and manufactured a completely new three-part roller conveyor that fits into our client’s existing production line. The track design allows the boxes full of test adapters to be easily transported to the appropriate stations and back to the installation location. The track’s sliding module provides quick access during maintenance and adjustment, while attachment to the existing roller system allowed for easy installation without the need for modifications to the floor.

What was the benefit for the customer?

For our client, the solution resulted in a significant increase in efficiency. The ergonomic track reduces the physical strain on employees, providing a safer working environment while making the process faster and smoother. The retractable module makes maintenance and machine setup easy, minimizing downtime. And the non-floor fastening gives you flexibility in the design of the production line, allowing for future modifications and expansions. Overall, the conveyor has become a key element in our client’s new production line, without which the production process would not be able to operate efficiently.
