Our client started its operations with the production of diesel injection systems, but thanks to its strong development, it now manufactures a whole range of powertrain products. The company’s core products, such as the common rail system, have become leaders in the European market thanks to their excellent performance and positive environmental contribution.
The company operates a production line imported from Japan for the production of transmission products. Due to the local conditions, it was necessary to install an additional conveyor section, which can be easily removed and reassembled during maintenance and machine adjustment.
We designed and manufactured a three-part, modular clean-space conveyor. This design allows for quick and easy removal or repositioning of the track section for maintenance and machine adjustment, while ensuring the smooth operation of production.
For the client, our solution offers a significant advantage in the production process, as the three-part, modular clean-space conveyor allows the track section to be quickly and easily removed and then reassembled in the event of maintenance or machine adjustment. This significantly reduces downtime, allowing the production line to run more efficiently and smoothly. The flexibility provided by the modular design improves production stability and increases operational efficiency in the long term.
