Background of the Customer
Our client started its operations with the production of diesel injection systems, but thanks to its strong development, it now manufactures a whole range of powertrain products. The company’s core products, such as the common rail system, have become leaders in the European market thanks to their excellent performance and positive environmental contribution.
What was the requirement?
The company operates a production line imported from Japan for the production of transmission products. Due to the local conditions, it was necessary to install an additional conveyor section, which can be easily removed and reassembled during maintenance and machine adjustment.
Our offered Solution
We designed and manufactured a three-part, modular clean-space conveyor. This design allows for quick and easy removal or repositioning of the track section for maintenance and machine adjustment, while ensuring the smooth operation of production.
