Our client was looking for a solution that would efficiently support in-process handling and storage at a manual quality control station. It was important to them that the solution would help work processes in an ergonomic way, provide the necessary workbenches, and offer suitable auxiliary trolleys that can handle different aspects and needs of production.
We designed and delivered a complete system that includes mid-production storage trolleys, ergonomic work tables and auxiliary trolleys. These are designed to fit into the client’s production processes, allowing for efficient material handling and quick access to the necessary parts. Auxiliary trolleys provide mobility, allowing employees to easily transport materials between different points in production, while workbenches provide a comfortable and well-organised working environment for quality control.
For the client, the solution has significantly increased production efficiency and flexibility. Mid-production storage trolleys and auxiliary trolleys reduced the physical strain on employees, accelerated material handling and minimised downtime. Ergonomic work tables provide a comfortable working environment for manual quality control, increasing accuracy and product quality. Overall, the system improved the flow of production processes, reduced the possibility of errors and contributed to meeting the client’s premium quality expectations.
