What was the requirement?
Our customer used a product in his production process that was discontinued and could no longer obtain it. Without the replacement of the lost product, it would have been impossible to continue production, so a quick and reliable solution was needed.
Our offered Solution
For the task, we recommended and implemented the construction of a vibrating, oscillating cylinder. The cylinder is designed to be integrated into the production line to perform the task provided by the previous product. The oscillating movement of the cylinder ensures the necessary material handling, vibration or positioning in the production process, so that production can continue undisturbed.
What was the benefit for the customer?
Thanks to our solution, our customer did not stop production, even when the previous product was no longer available. This allowed him to continuously fulfill orders, minimize lost production time, and avoid losses associated with production stoppage.
