Its goal is to increase efficiency, ensure quality and support sustainable manufacturing processes.
Our client, which is responsible for packaging IQOS e-cigarette batteries, was looking for an automation solution to simplify the production process and facilitate robot programming.
We provided the company with a UR robot and a custom gripper, as well as product support and programming assistance so that they could easily operate the system themselves.
Thanks to Universal Robots’ intuitive user interface, the company’s operators were able to set up and operate the system independently without any industrial robotics knowledge, thereby increasing efficiency and minimizing the need for external professional support.
