The very name of the product already gives the idea of its main advantage: the great flexibility. It can configured with check valve technology, flow restriction or as bag handling unit, as shown in the video.
The KMG is a foam gripper that can be adapted to tight clearance applications in an EOAT similar to a suction cup. Its foam surface offers the versatility to pick a variety of different objects without adjustment. In case of uneven layer heights KMG can be equipped with level compensators without needing to change the mounting device.
The vacuum generation device can be installed directly on or close to the Kenos®KMG to maximize its capacity and efficiency. Available in round or rectangular shape the Kenos®KMG offers a stable and rigid grip even on non-flat, rough, structured or textured surfaces and can be used to pick up objects of porous or non-porous materials.
